Junior Public Speaking State Finals 2023 State Finals The State Finals of the Legacy Junior Public Speaking Awards were held recently with six State Finalists from six Adelaide schools competing for the final two spots for the National Finals to be held In November. Each speaker prepared a speech on a topic which reflected one of the ideals of Legacy - voluntary service, social justice, care and compassion, personal service, mateship and the need for remembrance. Congratulations to all our speakers for an outstanding effort and congratulations to our two National Finalists, Rhianna and Senuthi. Finalists Winners First Heats Nine city and regional schools came together to compete in the first heats for the Legacy Junior Public Speaking for 2023. From the fifteen speakers, six finalists were chosen for the state finals which will happen on the 18 August. What a great effort from everyone!
