 Warning

This performance contains adult themes and strong language which some might find offensive. It also features flashing lights, loud sound effects and scenes which some may find upsetting or disturbing.  It may also impact those who have experienced traumatic memories.

To the extent permitted by law, Legacy Club of South Australia and Broken Hill Inc excludes any liability to the attendee in agreement, tort, statute or in any other way for any injury, damage or loss of any kind whatsoever (including, without limitation, any liability for direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage), sustained by the attendee and/or any other person, or for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the attendee, arising from or in connection with this performance.

Legacy Function/Event Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected] and are subject to the following conditions:

  1. Cancellations made five (5) or more full working days before the day of the event will receive a full ticket refund, less administration costs.
  2. Cancellations made less than five (5) full working days before the day of the event will NOT receive any refund.
  3. Failure to notify of non-attendance will result in no refund.

Legacy will make every endeavour to fulfill any function or event we promote. However, we reserve the right to postpone an event to an alternative date or to cancel an event.

Postponed: When an event is postponed, ticket holders will be transferred to the new date. If unable to attend on the new date, a full refund will be made provided Legacy is notified within five (5) full working days of the announcement of the new date. After that time, normal Cancellation Policy will apply.

Cancelled: If the event is cancelled a full refund will be made.
