After carefully considering your family and friends in your Will, making a bequest to Legacy ensures that you will be well remembered and leave a lasting legacy which will continue to make a difference well into the future. Including a charity like Legacy in your will is one of the most powerful ways to make a difference. There are a number of different ways you can remember Legacy in your Will. We encourage you to consider which type of bequest is most appropriate for you. Legal wording for naming Legacy in your Will: 'I give to the Legacy Club of South Australia and Broken Hill Inc. Welfare Fund ABN 48 827 750 273, 102 Franklin Street, Adelaide SA 5000: a) the sum of $__________ free of all deductions, or b) _____% of my estate, or c) the residue of my estate, or d) (insert any other thing) to be used for the general purpose of the said Fund, and I direct that the receipt of any of the members of the Board of Management of the Fund shall be sufficient discharge to my Executor/s who is/are not bound to see its application.
