The Digitisation project was established to transfer Legacy paper records to a digital form. Records were held from the establishment of Legacy in 1928.

The project established a high speed scanning solution to the Legacy CRM. A software solution was selected, with project management through the Legacy database administrators. A high speed scanner has been leased to support scanning. The project has been used as a pilot for other Legacy clubs, and has progressed satisfactorily.

The project assisted the club to digitise many years of records and resulted in significant cost efficiencies over manual and other means of transfer.
